My husband and I decided to sell our home in April 2011 after meeting with Barbara Baker ReMax/Sedona. We were impressed with her knowledge and experience with handling property of all kinds. We were confident she could sell our house as she had a good understanding of the current markets and economic condition in the area.

All through the preparation process she kept us informed as to what we were required to do and stayed in constant contact as we prepared the home for sale. Her expertise showed when she planned a photo shoot for the virtual tour. She marked the exact size of the property and directed the camera man for each shot and the house was shown to its best advantage. She captured the real beauty and quality of our location and interior views which was the real selling points to be presented.

Our house had issues with renters which she skillfully worked with so everyone was comfortable when showing the house. We always had immediate response from Barbara for our many questions which made this an easy and educational process.

We hired Barbara to sell our house  in the Village of Oak Creek Canyon after having interviewed multiple parties. The facts bear out that we made the right choice in selecting Barb to sell our home.
