Sedona Real Estate Market Statistics

Well the buyer's are back in droves in the Sedona Real Estate Market and are buying Sedona AZ Homes for Sale - like crazy.  In fact when you look over the most recent stats from 2010 - the amount of homes sold in 2010 is higher than the amount sold in 2006. That is great for our seller's.  However, the median sold price does continue it's constant march downward with the median sold price for the Sedona Real Estate Market currently at $358,000.  That price is down by 10% when comparing it to 2009.  The sold median price per square foot is at $167.00 which is down from 2009's price per square foot of $182.00.
